AceMoney

AceMoney is a great little personal finance program akin to Quicken without all the unnecessary crap. Most importantly it is without the evil lock in that Intuit forces it’s users into.

I used to be a Quicken user until, after less than two years of use, it refused to let me download new transactions. It said I HAD to pay for a new version in order to do so. I’ve already paid for the parogram! Don’t break it on me! Aaargh. Never again will Intuit get a penny of my money or a favourable word from me.

For the last freeware version of Acemoney, go to http://www.321download.com/LastFreeware/page9.html

The current freeware version allows only one account. If you want to pay for the latest version of this great Quicken or MS Money replacement, go to http://www.mechcad.net/products/acemoney/

Death to Intuit. Long live AceMoney.
