A hover lightbox image gallery that uses pure, validating css only. No javascript! Great.
Well, some actual, non-faked screenshots have just been posted at TechCrunch. The headline was elating but inside was some bad news as well.
The good news is that Google calendar has finally been proven a reality and is, at least at this point, called CL2. More good news is that it appears to be tightly integrated with Gmail. What a powerful combination this looks to be. I am giddy with excitement about the prospect. It is apparently very web 2.0 which means a great deal of ajaxy, drag and droppy goodness.
There are apparently 200 private beta testers using it currently but they are under strict rules regarding sharing any information.
The bad news is that the launch is supposedly still a long way off. How long I don’t know. Too long I do know.
